1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and luke55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the luke55 website located at luke55.net and all associated services, including sports betting, online casino games, slot games, live dealer products, and any promotional activities offered therein.

By completing the luke55 registration process, by logging into an existing luke55 account, or by using any part of the luke55 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features on luke55, you are required to create a user account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your luke55 account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active luke55 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid email address or mobile number during registration.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luke55 username and password. • Accurate payment details: The payment accounts you register (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) must be held in your own name and must match the identity information provided at registration.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the luke55 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luke55 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your luke55 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary by method but are typically near-instantaneous for mobile wallet deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time by luke55 without prior notice.
• luke55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The deposit method must be registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account reviewed.
• luke55 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independent of the luke55 platform. luke55 is not responsible for any such third-party charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance and used in gameplay. Please verify all deposit amounts before confirming.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your luke55 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Account verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to fully verified accounts. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the luke55 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. luke55 does not offer a bet cancellation facility once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or betting event, luke55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• PSL cricket and all other sports betting markets on luke55 operate on the basis of official results as declared by the relevant governing body. luke55 will not overturn a result based on subsequent appeals unless the official governing body revises its decision.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at luke55's discretion, particularly in cases of fast-changing match conditions such as wickets in a PSL match or injury stoppages.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All RNG systems used by luke55 are independently tested and certified for fairness. Game results cannot be appealed on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and game type. These limits are displayed within each betting or gaming interface.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

luke55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and over only. luke55 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any account from promotional activity.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in forfeiture of the excess bonus.
• Abuse prevention: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, systematic low-risk staking designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated per promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates towards bonus wagering requirements. PSL sports betting and casino slots typically contribute at 100%, while certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed per promotion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the luke55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Providing false or misleading identity information at registration or during any verification process.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using the luke55 platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error will be voided. Please report any bugs to our support team immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luke55 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

luke55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following measures are in place and available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luke55 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of luke55.

Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of luke55 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luke55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from platform unavailability, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in sports results data provided by third-party data feed suppliers, where such errors are corrected promptly upon identification.

luke55's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by luke55 is governed by the luke55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to luke55 as an internationally licensed gaming operator.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific bet, game result, or account transaction, the following process applies:

• You must first submit a formal dispute to the luke55 support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period will not be investigated.
• luke55 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days of receipt.
• If you are not satisfied with luke55's response, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority overseeing the luke55 operating licence.
